Steam capsule sizes (2026)

Tips

Sizes verified against Steamworks docs (Oct 2026): store, library, event, icons. The Library Logo must be a transparent PNG of your logo only (1280 px wide and/or 720 px tall), so it is not generated from key art. The App Icon is exported as JPG as Valve requests. Use a source at least 3840 px wide so the Library Hero is not upscaled. Keep your logo large on the small capsule; Steam shrinks it to 120×45 in search results. Keep text inside the centered 860×380 safe area of the Library Hero.

Also shipping on itch.io or Epic? The Game Store Art Exporter makes all three stores' sizes from the same art.
